 As a singer and songwriter Sophia may (@sophiamaymusic) achieved a lot of success including "the #1 spot in the US Billboard Hot Dance Airplay Chart for three weeks in a row with “I CAN’T HELP MYSELF” (Nervous Records) and was voted #2 Dance Airplay Song of 2008 in Billboard. It was #1 on Hot 96 Charts in the U.S."  She has also worked with the likes of 50 Cent, Nelly. Gloria Gaynor during a music career that was steadily on the rise. After a brief hiatus she pivoted and found time to focus on her passion in being an advocate for mental health .  Her most important achievement to date (second to her beautiful daughter) is her mental health advocacy and holding a safe space for men.  As a certified health nurse her "viewpoint is that there is a gap where men are not assessing services as much as women, and to help our men will ultimately support our women."  Tune in and learn about her career, acknowledging it's ok to be happy and her upcoming app @mendable.
