Developed as part of the Music In Africa Live program, which is supported by the German Federal Foreign Office, Siemens Stiftung, and Goethe-Institute, the Raise The Bar Programme seeks to bolster the presence of women in other aspects of the music industry, as well as equip them with the skillset necessary for survival in an otherwise impenetrable industry.
