G’day folks!  Welcome to another episode of The Air Conditioning Podcast!  In this episode, we zoomed with Erica Leonor from Women in HVAC, USA.

Women in HVACR, was organized exclusively for educational purposes to further the growth and development of women in all areas of the HVACR industry, including technical sales, management, and ownership.  It is their goal to provide their members with a variety of opportunities to network and develop in a professional environment.

It was great to chat with Erica and were so grateful for her time.
