His company has experienced great success, going from a team of 1-2 people to where he is now with nearly 100 employees, including virtual and local staff. 

Jaime is changing the culture from “virtual assistants” to “virtual professionals” by providing highly-skilled professionals in Latin America the opportunity to connect with businesses worldwide. He is showing that VAs need not just be stuck doing administrative tasks; instead, they can be professionals who can be key members of your growing team by offering Digital Marketing, Graphic design, Copywriting and so much more by working remotely.
