Boundaries.

We know they are important, but we also know they take time and sometimes, depending on the people, can be very hard.

But, when you’re growing a business, wanting to care for yourself as a woman and get the support you deserve you absolutely need them.

Setting boundaries in my personal life was essential when I started my business back in 2016.

The interesting part of building my business and setting these boundaries early on allowed me to set boundaries for my self-care over the years and within my family (an unexpected perk). I became more aware of my boundaries with time, communicating with my husband and setting strong boundaries with Cal (my son) over the years.

Today’s episode is all about my top tips for setting those boundaries and is broken up into two parts: boundaries in business and boundaries in life.

Whether you’re an entrepreneur or not, you need healthy boundaries with your loved ones, your job and yourself.

Yes, you need boundaries with yourself and in today’s episode, I’m sharing how to set those boundaries.

Think of it as a pep talk because everyone needs better boundaries.

Tune in to Episode 22, of the podcast to hear:

  • Why setting boundaries and asking for support is essential when it comes to tapping into your creativity.
  • Ben and I’s secret weapon when it comes to fully supporting one another in life and making sure we’re not assuming the other person will just “take care of it!”
  • How to set clear boundaries with yourself should be a top priority to make sure you’re not carrying your frustration into your family and personal life.
