In today's episode, we delve into a familiar yet challenging emotion: overwhelm. As we approach this busy time of year, the feeling of being overwhelmed becomes almost a constant companion for many of us.

 Overwhelm is more than just a feeling; it's a physical feeling, a tangible vibration coursing through our bodies. Contrary to what we might think, overwhelm isn't a catalyst for productivity. Instead, it's a barrier. It keeps us stuck, spinning our wheels without moving forward, creating a cycle that only breeds more overwhelm.

 We'll deep-dive into what triggers this paralysing emotion, debunking myths about what causes it and what doesn't. Understanding these triggers is the first step in breaking the cycle. Also, overwhelm doesn't just leave us feeling stuck; it has a tangible impact on our daily lives, our productivity, and our mental well-being. We'll explore this impact and understand why overwhelm feels so debilitating.

 Most importantly, this episode isn't just about understanding overwhelm; it's about overcoming it. I'll share with you six practical strategies that you can incorporate into your life.
