First bewithched by this intriguing grape almost ten years ago when she studied gastronomy and viticulture in Lyon France, she combines her experience of almost twenty years in fine hospitality with her passion to share the magic of Lyonnais culture and cuisine with her self-made business, Dirty Radish Travel Company.
