I’d like to say I’m the best, but there are a lot of others like me and it’s really important that you find a lawyer you trust, as you know I tell clients, I’m a transactional attorney, so all I do is draft documents, set up operations, you know form entities and if and when God forbid a person gets sued, I’m passing them off to a litigator, somebody who spends time in court. It’s really rare, 9 times out of 10 you’re writing a contract that literally no one’s going to pick up again, nobody cares, but when it goes awry, it can be very, very costly for you and it’s so important. Your lawyer should be somebody you feel like is a friend and is like a therapist. You know you wouldn’t just go to some therapist you don’t click with, so it’s important to find a lawyer you trust who understands your business and is will to listen.
