For years my words were far from comforting. When I was feeling low, the more I thought about my situation the worse the thoughts I thoughts towards myself made me feel.
What we tell ourselves when we are feeling vulnerable is important, it is the difference between consuming poison or medicine when we are emotionally unwell.
