Doug Kafuman joins the pod to share about his kid Grayson (now 18). Grayson is a big dreaming, brilliant, honest person who is a delight to learn about. Grayson will join the pod in the ensuing episode.
Grayson is non-binary and recently changed their label to gender queer to be less specific. They (which is their preferred pronoun) has been a source of love and growth for Doug.
He shares about what and when he needed to open his world more and learn about Grayson. He talked about learning what they wanted and needed not only in language but in support as well.
