The idea of “surface self-care” versus “true self-care” is powerful. So often we see self-care presented as a quick fix: a spa day, some skincare, or a cup of tea. In this video, I’ll walk you through the difference between surface-level self-care (think spa days or skin treatments) and true self-care that...

info_outlineIf you need a little sleep hygiene review, this episode goes back to basics and gives some tips on the basics of sleep hygiene.
Sleep and rest become SO disrupted in perimenopause and menopause.
This can be due to increased stress, hormonal disruptions and the increased use of stimulamts. It can also be due to changes in the body we just can't contol.
if you struggle with sleep, and stay up for some "me time" you might want to rethink this if you suffer from symptoms in this time of life.
