Guilt is a low hanging frequency that everyone deals with on some level. Feelings of guilt can lead to mental health challenges, depression, health issues and more.

As an entrepreneur, it can show up in a lot of ways and affect your business. Businesses have made a fortune (esp. some religious groups, cults, and churches) off of manipulating people to feel guilty.

Guilt can also affect your relationships and life in general. It is a big issue no one is talking about and we crack the conversation wide open.

This YouTube video conversation with my husband Capt. Ryan Van Fleet of Good Karma Sportfishing & Coaching starts to unveil a lot of conversations that show up internally regarding guilt that no one talks about. Feeling guilty for not feeling guilty is one of them.

I share a personal story about not being in alignment with a company I was consulting with.

The Frequency Scale is a great visual tool to help kick your butt to stop living on autopilot and create awareness around your feelings. I shared this on my YouTube channel.

Ryan and I hope this helps you raise your frequency or even not feel so bad about feeling guilty because it's also a sign that you have initiative and give a crap about your life and business.
