In the past 12 months, Luc's companies have purchased over 250 properties for a mix of flips, wholesales, and long-term rentals. Luc Boiron is also the founder of a monthly Real Estate Investor Meet-up in Toronto and started one in Ottawa at the beginning of 2020, and has been also featured on several Canadian Real Estate podcasts. The current focus is on acquiring 500,000 sqft of industrial space in Southern Ontario. Jessica-Ann Boiron graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of International Business degree and the University Medal for achieving the highest standing in her program. She went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA, also from York. Jess started her career working as a corporate and energy lawyer at Borden Ladner Gervias LLP on Toronto’s Bay Street. Simultaneously, she co-founded Bliss Realty Inc. – a real estate investment firm.
