Many employees and business owners are receiving unemployment and are curious if going back to work discontinues unemployment immediately. Along with understanding important thing like, what happens if someone tests/tested positive in the workplace? OSHA issued new guidance for an employer to be compliant with safety that they make a good faith effort to be "safe." The new guidelines to follow per OSHA and the Executive Order make it very hard for an employer to understand and comply.
