In this episode, I share why our podcast now carries the name Light of the Way and the story of how this name came to me. Tomorrow we launch our new Substack, also called Light of the Way, and I reflect on how this has been in the making since the March Equinox — Equinox to Equinox, a true new beginning and rebirth.

I talk about the weight of identity within a name, and why it is important for the energy of a name to match the energy of what it represents. I share my experience of writing the first Substack post, why it feels like such a beautiful shift away from social media, and how this space is opening a fresh chapter of connection.

I also speak about the September Equinox and the deep connection to nature I am feeling right now. Presence is the theme — seeing our spouses, our children, ourselves, and all of life with fresh eyes. From this place of presence, we receive abundant blessings, and I feel immense gratitude for this season. I close with reflections on how this coming month of October is deeply tied to March — eclipse to eclipse, a cycle of blessings unfolding.
