Show Notes Today we are chatting with Larry Kesslin, entrepreneur and philosopher of life. Larry writes this… “My life changed in 2012 during a trip to Africa. I went there to bring computers to rural villages in eastern and northern Uganda, but what I found was something much deeper. I met people who had very little in a material way, yet they were joyful, connected, and full of purpose. “Their way of living opened my eyes and made me rethink everything I believed about success and happiness. I wanted to understand one thing: Why are so many successful people unhappy?” Let’s...

Show Notes #400 Ash Perrow: Working from the Heart Today with my guest Ash Perrow, I release my 400th podcast episode. When I began this project, I had no idea where this journey would lead — only that I felt called to speak, reflect, and explore what matters most. Very few podcasts ever reach 400 episodes. I read that fewer than 1% of all podcasts reach 400 episodes. The real milestone, however, isn’t the number of shows. It’s the conversations, the growth, and the community that has formed along the way. At this time, I especially want to thank you for listening and thinking with me....

#399 Charlie: When No One is Watching I believe that a well-lived life isn’t built in grand moments. It’s made in small, unseen choices. It’s about staying consistent when no one is watching. Obviously, there is no single path to a well-lived life, but there are qualities that seem to appear along the way. In my mind those are: Authenticity, curiosity, resilience, and spirituality. Well today, Paul, our life coach Dena Crowder and I will wrap up 2020 by reviewing my personal year and then trying to determine “what essential life wisdom lesson did I learn this year?”
Dena Crowder is THE best at digging deep into the inner self to help determine wisdom lessons learned in life.
So today I will participate in a Dena Crowder designed Life Learning Exercise in which she will take me down a road to discover what wisdom I gained from 2020.
This process is always so fun… and just a bit scary as the truth that emerges may be pleasant or it may be a significant challenge… We’ll see…
For today’s episode I plan to enter the show about 5 minutes into the conversation… but you won’t miss anything. Dena is just beginning her overview of the process.
But, before we begin our conversation, just a bit about Dena:
Dena Crowder is known as the most innovative strategist and consultant for creators and leaders. Her clients include Grammy and Emmy award winners, CNN Hero’s, founders, writers, performers, educators, and upstarts from every industry.
In her latest achievement Dena had the honor of participating as a Ted X speaker, on the subject of “The Power is You.” Now... I wonder how many is feeling that power in quarantine today? Some are thriving while others struggle deeply. That’s what I plan to talk about that today.
So… Paul, let’s join the conversation already in process with Dena Crowder and me.
You can reach Dena at www.denacrowder.com
