Family update
- We had a nice Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- Winter in Ohio has been icy and cold.
- We have had a lot of major expenses lately (furnace, car battery, remodeling)
- We went to Disney on Ice in December. It was great!
- Nathan and I celebrated 32 years of being a couple. (Started dating in 1993)
- Nathan is a plant manager at First Solar in Perrysburg.
- Kraig will finish high school in May.
- Derrick is working a co-op job in the Cleveland, OH area.
- I have been perfecting my vegetable-beef soup recipe, and I was featured on the local news to talk about my local podcast, The Perrysburg Podcast.
Business update
- I have 2 podcasting clients and 1 consulting client. I also signed up to teach a Podcasting 101 Class locally.
- I created a vision board for my business (and my life) for 2025.
- I’m learning how to do a LinkedIn LIVE.
- My book about podcasting will be available on Amazon and Audible the first week of March.
- I finished a 12-month coaching program called Simplify and Streamline with Dr. Christina Fontana and Dr. Katie Wood

- Angel Bivens RPh and Dr. Wendy Stephan (poison prevention experts) will return to the podcast for an interview March 14, 2025 in honor of Poison Prevention Week.
