info_outlineFor those of you who need it, I am hereby giving you permission to put you first. But…here’s the thing, you don’t need my permission. You need to know that you are important enough to you that taking those small steps that relate to nobody but you is the thing that’s going to ground you in so much power, love, comfort, and ability, that there’s nothing that you can’t accomplish!
Today’s show is not just about prioritizing yourself but putting yourself at the top of the list. This isn’t about neglecting everything and everyone. It’s about being intentional in doing small things that bring you energy and joy. It’s about taking time for yourself but still staying clear on your vision, aligned with who you are, and then taking action that is aligned with who you are and connects your purpose with what you are trying to build.
𝑇𝑎𝑘𝑒𝑎𝑤𝑎𝑦𝑠 📝
🔑 If you take care of yourself first there is so much more to give to other folks.
🔑 There’s a reason why coaches have coaches, therapists have therapists, and doctors have doctors. You can’t always see your own stuff.
🔑 Invest time, energy, and effort into things that help you move forward and that help you take care of you.

By the end of this month, I want you to complete these 3 steps:
1. Think through and find a small thing to do for yourself that has nothing to do with anyone but you.
2. Figure out how you can do it.
3. Make a plan to make it happen.
*The plan must include a time and set date. *
