She discusses her struggle with deciding to return to school and the importance of having an encouraging support group to tackle self-doubt. Miki reveals how she has learned to say no and the value we will all find by having a space for downtime. She also looks ahead and highlights how we should expect to see a more flexible work environment for women and parents following the COVID-19 epidemic.
