Today’s guest, Levon Dermendjian started reffing at the age of 17 in 2001. Levon has been an International Referee with USAWP since 2013 and Head Referee for the CCA zone from 2015-2018. In addition, he has been the Instructional Chair for SCAF-WP referee association from 2012-18 and an NCAA referee. He is currently USA Water Polo’s National Referee Manager. We talk about the new rules & a lot more.
