We get into it early, talking water chemistry, reverse osmosis, and why what comes out of your borehole might be sabotaging your lager before you've even started brewing. I have a handful of buddies in the USA, and every now and then one of them brings me back some treats. Beer muling cans across the ocean is very much appreciated, and something that excites me tremendously. I love taking local beers overseas to folks who've never had them before. They should have a "Beer in Suitcase" event at the next Olympic Games. I would medal.
