Where my ego was hit by a heavy trigger and I decided to consciously direct myself by recording myself talk through it instead of emotionally react and do something I know I would regret on some level. This is a clip of a real-life walk through of something that was Quite difficult for my ego to manage. In fact, it’s been about three weeks wince this was recorded and I had to wait before sharing it just to check in with what my highest version of myself sees for me… my ego did not want to share this process haha. For real. Now, Looking back to this moment makes my heart warm because it was a pivotal move in my life. FUCKING BAD ASS MOVE BROOKE! YES! I’m sending this version of me ‘sitting in her van recording this’ massive love and props for stepping into the patience it takes to direct your life non-emotionally. To direct your life on purpose. YOU GO GIRL. I really could have made this one difficult for myself. But I didn’t. Instead, I aligned with the force that creates worlds and surrendered to that very intelligence that Is Me. It is my birthright to direct from this golden center. As is yours.
