LTC(P) Lazander Tomlinson was commissioned from THE New Mexico Military Institute in 1999. In 2001 he graduated from the University of Central Florida(2017 NCAA Football National Champs). He has had many opportunities to gain efficiency at PCS’ing over his 20 years of active federal service but considers himself luckiest to have once Commanded a Donkey and a Goat. He has been in the seat as FA Branch Chief for one year. His next stop is Army War College.
LTC(P) Stephen Walker was commissioned from the United States Military Academy in 1999. He has had many opportunities to serve in many FA formations over his 22 years of active federal service. He most recently served as the commander of 2-362FA at FT Bliss, TX prior to assuming duties as the FA Branch Chief for OPMD. He will remain in the position for an additional year before attending Senior Service College in 2022.
MAJ Elliot J. Garrett entered the United States Army in 2002 and deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom III. In 2007 MAJ Garrett completed Officer Candidate School and commissioned in the Field Artillery. He has served with 5-3 FA, 17th Fires Brigade, 2-11 FA, 2 SBCT, 25 ID, 1-30th FA and 2-2 FA. He has also served as Analysis Branch Chief for the Joint and Army Experimentation Division (JAED), Concept Development and Learning Directorate (CDLD), Army Capabilities Integration Center (ARCIC). MAJ Garrett graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a BA in Philosophy, and has an MBA from the College of William and Mary. MAJ Garrett has also deployed to Regional Command-South, Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
