info_outlineIn this edition of "Mindset Monday" I talk about the importance of starting immediately when you want to make a major change in your life. Whether it's personally or professionally, the more invested you are in a particular belief, activity, career, etc, the harder it is to make a change. Each day that goes by, before starting to make a change, it becomes that much harder to make the change you want. Imagine how difficult it is to turn around an aircraft carrier or a cruise ship. The bigger the vessel the longer it takes to turn. If you start immediately, change won't take as long and it could be like turning around a speedboat or a jet ski.
