Are you craving authentic connections and meaningful conversations? Me too, which is why I turned to my favorite person (Person!) in the world, Jen Person, to have my first coffee conversation.

Let's talk about the very important function of 2 different parts of our brain: amygdala and prefrontal cortex (aka downstairs and upstairs brains)

We explore the increasing rates of overweight and obesity from 2020 onward, with a different perspective about the why.

And most importantly, what we can do to address the chronic activation we have of our threat detection centers, and why "feeling better" with food and electronics isn't actually helping to heal the underlying wounds.
