When you’re in midlife, your decades of experience and life make it easy to believe what you think; sometimes that means your automatic thinking. When you make a specific effort to look for thoughts about what you may think you’re too old to do, what you find out can be revealing. You may believe limiting beliefs about what you can really do, think, feel, and try on purpose. This will make it harder for you to fulfill your dreams.
