As many of us prepare for another week of adjusting to life from home full-time, I wanted to provide a few tips to help manage this new experience for many of us. I’m no stranger to managing life with kiddos at home while working, so I wanted to share a few things I’ve learned on how to make it work and feel more spacious.

These times are so trying because we have no certainty, we do not know how long this swirl will last. In this episode, I offer a way to approach this fearful time to support you, your family, your business, and our communities. Please give yourself permission right now to feel all the feelings, and I hope this episode helps.

How are you doing over there with this swirly energy going around with the virus? I know in times like these it can be challenging to release anxiety and fear over what might happen. I was feeling called to share some tools with you to help you get grounded if you are starting to feel the anxiety bubble up. So here are 3 of my favorites to help myself get grounded (and you can use this for ANY TIME you start to feel anxiety).
