You're Gonna Love This... or Not...
This month, Matt, Josh, and Producer Mike are joined by Dr. Erik Klemetti, an actual volcanologist, to watch the 2019 film, Skyfire. This 2019 film, featuring Jason Isaacs, is about a volcano theme park, a dormant volcano, and, well, about what you would expect to happen. So, sit back, put in your earbuds, and let them fill your ear holes as you find out what they think!

This month, the crew is joined by Alan Sims, who's better known as "Luke Hangover" in local cosplay circles, to watch the 1986 John Stamos film, Never Too Young to Die. This secret agent film has Stamos, a high school gymnast, teaming up with his father's partner to stop the psychopathic hermaphroditic gang leader who killed him. Will they enjoy the film? Will Al regret buying podcasting equipment to sit in on this episode? Sit back and let them fill your ear holes as you find out what they think!

This month, Matt, Josh, an Producer Mike are joined by CineMental Podcast's Steven Hovke to watch the 1981 Roger Corman produced Galaxy of Terror. This 1981 film involves a space rescue crew who meet up with horrors projected by their own imaginations. Will they enjoy the film? Will they actually only talk about it for about twenty minutes before moving on to other topics? Sit back, put in your earbuds, and let them fill your ear holes as you find out what they think!

Once again, they are joined by Producer Mike as they take a look at 1985's Creature. This film, which I remember always seeing on the video store shelves, but never actually checked out, features two crews from competing corporations that are sent to Saturn's largest moon. There, something may ensure that they don't come back to Earth. What will our crew think of this film?

Even after two years, Matt still hasn't ran out of movies to introduce Josh to. Once again, they are joined by Producer Mike as they take a look at the 1980 star-studded disaster movie, When Time Ran Out. This film involves a South Pacific resort island, a volcano, and people who would be science-denying anti-maskers in today’s society, so that's nice. What will Mike and Josh think of this explosive film?

In the final episode of You’re Gonna Love This… or Not... for 2020, everybody gathers for the Team Geeking holiday movie. Matt and Josh are joined by Producer Mike, Editor Lizz, and Head Geek Tony to watch the 2005 film, Santa’s Slay. In this movie, starring Bill Goldberg, after a millennium of spreading Christmas Cheer, Santa Claus reverts to his demonic self to give the gift of fear. What does the crew think of this final film of the longest year ever?

Since everybody is still all, "NO MASKS, MAH FREEDUMBS!" the YGLToN crew is still doing their movie watching remotely. This month, they get together with Producer Mike and Editor Lizz to watch 1972's Blood Freak. This film.... you know what? I honestly have no idea how to summarize it, so you're just going to have to listen.

Since everybody is still all, "NO MASKS, MAH FREEDUMBS!" the YGLToN crew is still doing their movie watching remotely. This month, they are joined by Jacob and Larry from the Circle City Ghostbusters to watch the 1987 film, Ghost Fever. This Sherman Hemsley vehicle, as listed on IMDB, is about "Two policeman [sic] are sent on a routine assignment to serve an eviction notice. It becomes anything but run-of-the-mill when they become involved in the ghostly happenings." What will they think?

Since everybody is still all, "NO MASKS, MAH FREEDUMBS!" the YGLToN crew is still doing their movie watching remotely. This month, they’re celebrating Sharktember with 1981’s The Last Shark, which has an angry great white shark taking revenge on a coastal town for building a beach for swimmers, and is in no way a rip off of Jaws. Once again, Josh is joined by Producer Mike as they watch and talk about the film. Will they like it? Will Matt feel any remorse if both Josh and Mike hate it?

Since everybody is all, "NO MASKS, MAH FREEDUMBS!" the YGLToN crew is still doing their movie watching remotely. This month, Matt wraps up The Summer of the Shark with the film, 47 Meters Down: Uncaged. This 2019 film follows four teenage girls who go diving in a submerged Mayan temple, only to get lost and find out it's home to great white sharks. Once again, Josh is joined by Producer Mike as they watch and talk about the film. Will they like it? Will they keep referencing Mean Girls over and over again?
info_outlineMatt loves watching bad movies in his basement. Josh is not a fan of watching bad movies. Matt brings Josh into his basement (the Sub-terrainian Fun Pit, or "SFP"), and shows him bad movies, trying to get him to admit to liking one of them. And thus, the You're Gonna Love This... Or Not... (YGLTON, pronounced "Eagleton") Podcast was born.
Part of the new Team Geeking Family of Podcasts, YGLTON will be a monthly podcast, featuring Matt and Josh talking about some pretty bad movies. Trust me, I have to sit there while they watch them!
Produced by Mike Wickliff, edited by Tony Troxell, and part of the Team Geeking Family of Podcasts, this podcast will contain harsh language, and many times will review R rated films, so it is not recommended for children. Music for the promo, and each episode, courtesy of Scott Holmes, an artist on the Free Music Archive.
