MingaMal è un podcast che parla di gestione delle piccole e medie imprese, partendo da tre idee semplici. La prima: facciamo tutti gli stessi errori. Io ne ho collezionati migliaia, spesso con dedizione artistica e un certo stile. E li ho rivisti nelle centinaia di aziende che ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare. Proviamo ad evitarne qualcuno. La seconda: nella frenesia quotidiana, imprenditori e manager spesso non hanno il tempo per reperire informazioni utili. Né saprebbero dove cercarle. Condividiamo indicazioni o suggestioni per migliorare. La terza: la “solitudine dell’imprenditore” (o del manager), che troppo spesso non ha una figura sua pari con cui confrontarsi. Creiamo una comunità in cui il confronto sia naturale. Ogni episodio nasce da esperienze vissute, decisioni buone, decisioni disastrose e domande che vale la pena di farsi. Non offriamo verità rivelate: preferiamo instillare dubbi e sollevare interrogativi, lasciando che ciascuno trovi le proprie risposte. Il bello avviene quando queste risposte portano all’evoluzione e al miglioramento. E tutto prende davvero vita quando gli interrogativi diventano conversazioni: lì succede la magia. Si ride, ci si riconosce, ci si punzecchia ... e si inizia a cambiare le aziende. Una dopo l’altra.
