ON THE MIC
Bristow Group is the global leader in innovative and sustainable vertical flight solutions. We are the leader because we have the best team in the industry. We know that providing world-class services with the highest safety standards requires having an engaged and expert team that cares about what they do and the impact they have on the world. That’s why we’re introducing an in-house podcast — On the Mic. On the Mic, hosted by me, Adam Morgan, is our newest communication platform intended to keep employees informed and, ideally, entertained and engaged in the happenings from around the company. During each episode of On the Mic, I’ll be interviewing members of our team, and others, to get the latest news and information from around the globe from our company and our industry. We’ll showcase the awesome work Bristow employees are doing and answer questions from you! Some of you might be asking, why is Bristow doing an internal podcast? And the answer is because many of you asked for it. And we listened! We’re happy to deliver On the Mic to employees, for employees, and by employees! And we want to continue to hear from you, so please provide us feedback as we move down the road with these podcasts. Let us know how we’re doing, what topics would interest you, what guests you’d like to see On the Mic, and what questions you have or want us to ask our guests. We’ll take all the feedback and ideas we can get. Just send them to the Global Communications mailbox and we’ll make sure to address them on upcoming episodes.

ON THE OTHER SIDE: LEADERSHIP AFTER TRANSITION
Leaders from all branches of Service exit the military for many different reasons. This podcast is designed to bring leaders from all Services; Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard that have already made the transition to give some insight to transitioning Service Members and Service Members who have already made the transition who are struggling. Through sharing experiences, I am hopeful that my guests can give some knowledge and hope to our transitioning Veterans. I also hope to reach civilian business owners to give them some understanding of what they are getting by hiring a Veteran, from a leadership perspective.
