I used to struggle with bipolar, depression, and anxiety. Now we co exist and they're no longer trying to kill me. Yoga, Meditation, mindfulness and my spiritual practice have changed my life -given my life back to me. Creating a tool box of tools to navigate the ups and downs of life, finding my peace and getting back to it quickly if I ever lose it. I've devoted myself to learning more, and incorporating these philosophies and tools into my every day life. Experiencing the low lows and high highs, I know life can throw curveballs and that we all could benefit from having a toolbox to be proactive and reactive when $h!t goes down. We'll be diving in together here into the what, the why, the how, and the actual practice of holistic modalities of healing, supporting mind, body, and spirit in total alignment, and tools and techniques to support you in coping and thriving.

“Coping Conversations” is an entertaining, educational, and inspirational podcast, hosted by internationally renowned psychologist, Dr. Bob Phillips.
