Lawsuits, Property Rights & Bullies Next Door Sarah shared a story in this episode about an ordeal she and her family were undergoing for a good part of last year and felt the need to use it as a cautionary tale. Property disputes with a neighbor can be very stressful and once a neighbor decides to sue you, it adds a whole other layer to the discomfort. This is a good cast to listen to if you have an easement on your property. She, like a lot of other people are really not informed well at all regarding easements during the purchase of land but they are quite common for legal disputes so heads up if this is you. We of course could not help getting pretty startled by the stats and how there seems to be nothing but a continual downward spiral; if not more excelerated by our current age of technology. Lynne Taylor was part of a local fight against one moving into her area in North Carolina and they pushed back enough to halt the project, but as she wisely said, "for now." The Art of Debate & Charlie Kirk Sarah and I, like so many over the past week were jolted by the murder of Charlie Kirk. We both fell on the same opinion of Charlie Kirk, with no prior discussion regarding him, and that was, we were not aligned with several things Charlie Kirk discussed. We both also acknowledged that he was doing something very important regardless of our opinion about the things we did not agree with and there was plenty he spoke about that we did agree with. Charlie was a disrupter in the best possible way, which was bringing courage to address conversations in atmosphere's he knew were antithecal to his stances. He reignited the spirit of public discourse. He returned to college campus's a big piece of what historically what the college experience was built on and what made going turn out bigger thinkers for being around the atmosphere of the debate of human ideas. In this day in age colleges seem to be completely out of touch with what the college experience of old even was and that was for minds and perspectives of all hats to assemble intentional contentuous conversation for the reason of understanding, learning and personal growth. We bring this topic to the table today in honor of someone we feel deserves respect for his love of debate and his courage for truly showing us what has been censored, restricted, stuffed down and making it seem like todays ways are normal. In fact they are organic super machines of incredible design. They are built to repair themselves given the right environment but somehow we have lost sight that we hold the power to adjust things that give them the environment suitable to fight off attacks within, to heal and to cure themselves. "No Contact" aka; Parental Ghosting All dangerous and very toxic personalities aside, how can something like declaring no contact with parents become a trend? It seems like it is rather becoming a thing in cases devoid of abuse, addictions or mental illness. In a time of severe isolation, lack of community and strained relationships it seems so very dark to make a hard line towards ones parents. Are healthy boundaries pushing over the line for sake of ones mental health or is protection of ones mental health becoming synonymous with one creating a false perfect bubble where if you don't agree with or dislike something about someone the answer becomes to ghost them; even your parents? Further Discussion On Public Education With Lynne Taylor We invited the Common Core Diva, Lynne Taylor, back on for another episode as we could never exhaust all of the information she has on public education. Lynne is a wonderful researcher of original source documents. What she brings is from what those who release this stuff upon the rest of us from their blueprints of diabolical abuses that they write as both experiments and laws. Don't worry though, it is all in the name of progress, safety, inclusion, health and fairness of course. Lynne reads long word salad documents and shares what she finds; a task very few do. It is not new that news media/journalism has been in the great race to the bottom for quite some time now but Sarah recently maxed out on the levels it is at and needed to vent. I mean, don't we all know at this point that big news affiliates are corporate owned and create within their brood controlled opposition so that between the fans of news red pill and news blue pill they get all the advertising dollars and get to control narratives. Cool. Some journalists have left that propaganda pump fest for smaller owned media outlets but it seems they start to veer for the shallow end of the pool and much of journalism now seems cult of personality; like most everything else.
