Chris Cox: Serving the Vulnerable and Living the Gospel Through Back2Back Ministries /EP 4231
Since 2008, I’ve been serving emerging generations through Back2Back Ministries, an organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable children, youth, and families around the world. In 2018, Back2Back opened its eighth site in Cincinnati, focusing on helping families from hard places move toward healing and sustainability. My hope for Back2Back Cincinnati is to see transformation through collaboration with like-minded organizations—nurturing youth and families toward long-term stability and purpose. For the first eight years, this mission took shape through One21, a movement within Back2Back that equips youth to “live like Jesus with hearts set on forever.” As the Director of One21, I work to network followers of Jesus in emerging generations within the context of their city, campus, and church. One21 offers: Weekend retreats and conferences Social groups (IMPACT) Mission trips and discipleship strategies Youth ministry curriculum and school campaigns Each initiative is designed to engage youth culture with the Story of God, building community, influence, and sustainability. Today, over 40 churches and 1,500 students connect to the Gospel through One21 each year. In 2012, One21 expanded globally through Back2Back Ministries, resourcing orphaned and vulnerable youth in Monterrey, Mexico and beyond. Before joining One21, I served as a youth pastor at The First Church of Christ in Xenia, Ohio, for eight years. I hold a Master’s Degree in Theology from Cincinnati Bible Seminary, where I also serve as an Adjunct Youth Ministry Professor. When I’m not speaking to students, consulting with churches, or developing youth ministry strategies, I’m most grateful for my greatest roles — husband and father.

Tara Renze: Be Who You Came to Be: Emotional Intelligence, Parenting & Authentic Living /Ep 4223
I help people be who they came to be. For over two decades, I’ve studied and taught emotional intelligence as the foundation of confidence, clarity, and authentic connection—in sales, leadership, parenting, relationships, and life. After years of leading top-performing sales and leadership teams, I’ve seen it over and over: it’s not talent, opportunity, or intelligence that holds people back—it’s limiting beliefs. And those beliefs don’t just impact individual performance—they shape entire workplace cultures. In today’s fast-changing world, emotional intelligence training empowers people to break through self-doubt, show up with purpose, and create cultures built on trust, innovation, and real human connection. Today, I’m a keynote speaker, author, and mental fitness expert helping individuals and organizations unlock peak performance through authenticity and emotional intelligence. I’m certified in Emotional Intelligence through OKA, trained in leadership at Wharton, Kellogg, and the University of Chicago, and author of Be Who You Came to Be and the children’s book Be Who You Came to Bee (co-authored with my mom). I also host the Be Who You Came to Be Podcast, where I challenge listeners to get clear on what they want and go all in. Whether I’m speaking at national sales conferences, women’s events, or leadership summits, my keynotes and workshops focus on one core truth: You’re not your job title. You’re not your thoughts. You are how you choose to show up. When you show up as your real self—unapologetically and intentionally—everything changes. My keynotes blend storytelling, science, and actionable strategy to inspire immediate and long-term transformation. Clients say my talks “stick” because they not only inspire—they work in boardrooms, classrooms, hospitals, Zoom rooms, and living rooms. If you’re looking for a motivational speaker on emotional intelligence who will engage your audience, equip them with tools they can actually use, and spark real, lasting change—let’s connect. Because the most powerful move you can make—for yourself, your team, and your culture—is to be who you came to be and lead in a way that gives others permission to do the same. Links:

Chris Coulter: Transforming Grief into Purpose by Building MentorWell to Empower Teens /Ep 4220
In 2015, Chris Coulter experienced the unimaginable loss of his 14-year-old daughter, Maddie, to suicide. That tragedy changed everything. As a result, Chris turned his grief into action and created The MentorWell, a mentorship platform designed to give parents and teens a lifeline before crisis strikes. What Is The MentorWell? The MentorWell is a bridge between parenting and therapy. It does not replace therapy. Instead, it fills the gap in between, providing support, confidence, resilience, and direction to young people before they reach a breaking point. Through mentorship, teens learn core elements of emotional intelligence such as: Self-awareness Self-regulation Empathy Communication Resilience after setbacks Therefore, The MentorWell helps teens develop tools they can use for a lifetime. Helping Parents and Employers Spot Early Warning Signs In addition to supporting teens, Chris and the MentorWell team also work with parents and employers. They train adults to recognize the early signs of struggle in teens and young adults. In doing so, they help prevent crises before they happen. Because the truth is, once a child falls into crisis, mentorship becomes a very different and often more limited tool. However, if parents, schools, and organizations can reach a child earlier, they can change the story—and change the child’s future.

Linda Rondeau: Walking in God’s Timing: Journey from Social Work to Award-Winning Author /EP 4214
I’m Linda Wood Rondeau, also known as L.W. Rondeau — a grandmother, retired social worker, cancer survivor, and happily married for over 48 years. I came to the writing scene later in life at age 54, yet my first traditionally published book arrived in 2011 and went on to win Best Debut Novel in 2012, one day before my 65th birthday. My journey proves it’s never too late to write; all you need is a vivid imagination and a love for people. My most recent release, “GLICK: My Favorite Alien”, is a heartfelt middle-grade book inspired by my then six-year-old grandson’s request for a story about an alien. It took me 22 years to complete this special project. While this one is self-published, my other books are traditionally published and available on Amazon. As a cross-genre Christian author, my titles include “Ghosts of Trumball Mansion” (Christian paranormal), “Lessons Along the Way” (a 30-day devotional based on my religious newspaper column), and “Second Helpings” (a semi-comic look at a troubled marriage). Previously, I served as managing fiction editor and acquisitions editor for Elk Lake Publishing. Today, I’m still active in several writing groups, teach at writing conferences, and serve as a mentor, writing coach, and freelance editor. Beyond writing, I stay involved in my local church through community outreach. After years in Northern New York and a brief stint in Florida, I now reside in Hagerstown, MD, with my ever-patient husband. Links:

Anne Wooten: Leaving Corporate America to Live for Christ: A Story of Peace, Purpose & Impact /EP 4213
Anne Wooten empowers Christian men and women to break free from fear, people-pleasing, and emotional exhaustion by helping them rediscover their true identity in Christ. As a certified Christian coach, author, blogger, and musician, Anne draws on her own powerful journey — one that began in burnout from performance-based living and a deep longing for a more intimate connection with God. Her turning point came in 2019, when she experienced the power of forgiveness and healing from past wounds. Through that breakthrough, Anne came to know a new kind of love — God’s unconditional love — which inspired her to launch “One Day at a Time,” her blog where she shares faith-filled reflections, original music, and creative insights that uplift and inspire believers worldwide. In 2023, after faithfully serving for 50 years in the accounting profession, Anne felt God’s call to a new mission: guiding others through life’s transitions, from living distracted and performance-driven to living with “Godfidence” and discovering the treasure of God’s peace. Anne’s first book of inspirational poetry, Where Faith Takes Flight, reflects her personal healing journey and her passion for helping others soar spiritually. Her latest devotional, The Red-Letter Code: A 31-Day Journey — Unlocking the Blueprint to Your Identity in Christ, invites readers to release old labels, discover their God-given identity, and embrace their new life in Christ, one red-letter name at a time. Today, Anne’s faith-based coaching helps Christian men and women who feel stuck, spiritually defeated, or overwhelmed move into a life of peace, purpose, and renewed confidence. Through her signature 5F framework, she equips believers to walk boldly and intimately with God — moving from fear to freedom, one surrendered day at a time.

Janet Perez Eckles is a nationally recognized speaker on resilience, bestselling author, and transformative leader who has redefined what it means to rise above adversity. Blind since the age of 31, Janet didn't let the loss of her sight stop her from building an award-winning career in the demanding field of language interpretation. When her youngest son's life was tragically taken by violence, she became a beacon of light, guiding others through the darkness of grief. And when the man responsible was acquitted, Janet chose forgiveness over bitterness—revealing a deeper understanding of healing and strength. As a bilingual keynote speaker, she travels the U.S. and the world, equipping English and Spanish-speaking professionals to "remove their blindfold" and lead with courage, clarity, and everyday resilience. With authenticity, humor, and unforgettable storytelling, Janet helps audiences see what's possible—not in spite of adversity, but because of it.
