They left the FBI offices in Tampa with several boxes of her belongings – a nightmare no parent can fathom. Ever since Brian’s remains were found in Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park, along with his notebook, we have all wondered what, if anything, would be revealed in that notebook. It was found submerged in water, making it even less likely that the contents of the notebook would be legible – but there was, at least, some hope that Gabby’s family may get some answers. It has now been revealed that Brian admitted in the notebook that he killed Gabby.
