There are 77 million baby boomers still alive, and they control 81% of the disposable income in the United States and own over 34 Billion dollars in real estate. Baby Boomers have lived through 8 decades of change in America. Our special guest is Tom Pears of Pears Consulting. They chat about Tom's incredible career in Television and what he is doing now, because Baby Boomer's are still here.
