Join kD and Jon this week as we welcome Professor Mike Martin back into the studio. Mike is a 4th degree black belt in BJJ and is our teacher in the practice of Jiu Jitsu. In part 2 of this conversation with the professor, we take the journey into Mike’s practice of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
