Hey, I’m Cristina Clark, a wife, mom, and your Carnivore Lifestyle Coach. I know what it feels like to try everything and still feel stuck. The advice I kept hearing never addressed the real problem. Everything changed when I started strength training, eating real, nourishing foods, and building routines that supported my health instead of leaving me exhausted.
