Between Builds

It’s not executive coaching. It’s field notes from the arena. I’m Tiffany, and I’ve built things—companies, teams, faith, family—and I’ve also watched a lot of them come undone. Some unraveled beautifully. Some left bruises. All of them left me more awake. Between Builds is a place to name what’s still working, what’s quietly being rebuilt, and what might need to be released. It’s where ambition meets authenticity—and where we learn to hold both without losing ourselves. This isn’t polished or prescriptive. I’m still in process. I’m sifting and sorting out faith, mamahood, leadership, identity, and the ghosts of hustle culture, right alongside you. We’ll talk with founders, creatives, and people of faith who are in the middle of something—between jobs, between belief systems, between selves. And we’ll do it without pretending the in-between isn’t disorienting sometimes. As Roosevelt said, it is not the critic who counts. I’ve been the one in the arena. I’ve taken the hits.
