AND not give two hoots about how your body looks right now so you can......... scoop up your toddler with ease after they have fallen and scrapped their knee giving them the biggest hug ever, jump on a trampoline, climb a tree and join in at the soft play without worrying about whether your body can. AND Not give two hoots about how your body looks when you and your children spontaneously strip off to your underwear and splash about in the sea on an abnormally warm spring day making the most incredible memories together. (An actual memory of mine that was only able to happen because I did the work)
