On the second episode of Chris Cases, Chris Doran interviews Bret, a man that was pulled over for a traffic violation that ultimately led to him being arrested and charged with a felony for aggravated DUI. Bret's case was sent to Early Disposition Court where he was faced with a tough decision about whether to plead guilty, waive his constitutional right, or insist on seeing the blood results...but at the cost of having the plea stripped away.
