Rooted in Psychosynthesis Psychology (often referred to as a 'psychology of the soul'), these episodes offer reflections on how creative projects can support self-actualisation, what a daily self-actualisation practice might look like, and a discussion on 'What is Psychosynthesis' and what does it have to do with self-actualising? Topics and themes include perfectionism, healing, inner transformation, narcissism, impostor syndrome and the inner child. Each conversation begins with a grounding meditation to bring body, feelings and mind into presence.
