Sarah is a natural, embodied teacher, lover and life-long learner. ** As at 21.09.2024 ** Sarah raced as an Elite Road Cyclist for over 27 years, representing Australia at UCI events internationally 3 times in mountainous long distance events. Today she has returned again to her initial love (road racing) and finds utter joy in mountain biking at a State level; in the dirt, on her home soil in Australia… between surfing, running, teaching Pilates and yoga. Sarah teaches Pilates, Yoga & Barre classes every week in the south west of WA and facilitates much sought after Women's Health Retreats in Dunsborough, known as The Fluid Experience - Move Nourish Thrive. Sarah is a leader in alchemising evidence-based science and spiritual connection in the 3D. She truly believes the future is frequency.
