Welcome to SPHere We Go! A new community and podcast for all of the Single, Solo, Surviving and Splendid Parents Here. This brief introduction highlights some of the topics that will be covered in this podcast, including things like how to handle picky eaters, what is the impact of early specialization in youth sports and how can support the mental health of our kids and ourselves as we navigate the unique landscape of being a SPHere. We strive to build community both for the parents their kids, as we explore best practices and new ideas for building up ourselves and our families.
