From Fired to Founder: Annette Quintana on Turning One Crisis Away from Clarity.
In this episode, Annette shares her journey of making a bold pivot after facing a personal and professional crossroads. At just 28, she was coming off a divorce, leaving a corporate job, and considering law school when a conversation with her father changed everything. He helped her see entrepreneurship not as a leap into the unknown, but as a calculated risk—like paying tuition. Annette reveals how this shift in perspective allowed her to push past fear and embrace the challenges of starting her own business. She discusses how to navigate uncertainty, trust your instincts, and why discipline and visualization played key roles in turning her goals into reality. If you're ready to face your own crossroads and make a leap toward a more intentional life, this episode will show you how to turn risk into opportunity.
