ROAR LOUD MARKETING with Tracie Schmidt
Tracie Schmidt, Founder and CEO of Roar Loud Marketing, shares three Top Tips for Marketing our businesses today! Tracie has been a top-producing mortgage loan officer in San Diego, CA, for over two decades. er motto is "marketer first & loan officer second," knowing the importance of using marketing strategies and technology to build your brand in your market. In September 2023, Tracie was allowed to step back from originating mortgage loans and take on a Director of Sales Technology role for the multi-billion-dollar mortgage company I originated for. Her nickname from day five on the job became "Tech Tracie," and I was quickly able to impact the businesses and lives of the sales team I worked with. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen changes in the mortgage industry, Tracie's position was dissolved only eight months later. Many people have told me, “When one door closes, another door opens.” In this case, Tracie opened my door and started Roar Loud Marketing. Much of her success over the last decade has resulted from using video to build her brand. She has been featured in publications like Mortgage Professionals Elite Women, Yahoo Finance, The Digital Journal, and The Ultimate Digital Marketing Playbook. The biggest struggle Tracie has seen working with other mortgage loan officers, real estate agents, and business owners looking to build and grow their brands is not knowing where to start. Roar Loud Marketing offers done with you and for your services to make it easier. Have a discovery call with us so we can help you ROAR! Click on this link to You will NOT regret it!

How We Grieve
Today is the 18th anniversary of my father's death. He was a young man and lost his battle with cancer at the young age of 58. In his honor, I will delve into a topic that touches each of us at some point in our lives: the grief process. Grief is a universal experience, yet it's often misunderstood and challenging to navigate, especially in leadership roles. Grief is not only about the loss of a loved one; it can also stem from the loss of a job, a relationship, or even a dream. As leaders, it's crucial to understand how grief impacts ourselves, our teams, and our There are five stages: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. These stages are not linear; individuals may move back and forth between them, and they may experience them differently. In leadership, it's essential to recognize that grief doesn't have a timeline. Some team members may bounce back quickly, while others may need more time and support. Our role as leaders is to create a safe space for people to express their emotions and to offer empathy and understanding. But how do we lead effectively through grief? Firstly, we must lead by example. It's okay for leaders to show vulnerability and express their own grief. Authenticity builds trust and strengthens connections within the team. I love you and miss you Dad.

I would like to remind you of something important: fundamental change, whether in your body or your business, doesn't happen overnight. It's a journey that requires dedication, persistence, and a willingness to embrace the process. Currently working as owner/founder of Shine Executive Coaching, supporting Founders + Entrepreneurs with a roadmap & strategy to 7+ figures, helping them go from a founder-dependent business into a fully systemized & scalable business that can grow & run without them. I continued work as co-founder and brand ambassador with Just Between Friends—the nation’s leading children’s and maternity consignment event, with over 150 locations in 33 states. What began as a living room peer-to-peer sale is now a leading franchise system with 2023 system-wide sales of $50 Million. Shannon also owns and operates Coal Creek Farm Jenks, a 15-acre property in Jenks, OK. The land is a go-to spot for local photographers looking for a scenic outdoor location for their shoots. Peggy Nunley, a redeemed chick who loves Jesus!

Peggy Nunley, a redeemed chick who loves Jesus!
God’s call has taken Peggy to over 40 nations. She assisted church-planting pastors in The Gambia, Senegal, Guinea-Bissau, and Nigeria in Africa. She has worked with the underground church in Egypt, Sudan, and Afghanistan; She has trekked among the world’s most primitive unreached peoples of Uganda and the Amazon of Peru. She has counseled Syrian refugees in Lebanese and Jordanian IDP/Refugee camps and ministered to imprisoned women in Panama and diverse parts of Africa. Traveling both stateside and abroad, she challenges believers to be on a mission with Christ by taking bold steps of obedience wherever God has placed them. Peggy’s passion is to see the glory and fame of King Jesus restored among all nations, tribes, and peoples, and she believes the discipleship and mobilization of the local church is God's means to restore hope to the hopeless and fulfill the Great Commission. Peggy has spoken in many venues, from convention centers, diverse churches, women's retreats/conferences, and youth conferences to street preaching, prisons, festivals, and refugee camps. She lives to proclaim the gospel of Christ no matter what the situation, whether hidden in the floorboard while being transported to underground churches in the Middle East or standing in front of 110,000 people in Eastern Europe. Peggy's story is powerful and unique. From ashes to beauty God has taken a life filled with domestic violence, foster care, sexual abuse, and the suicide of her Father to a life of passionate purpose, where she proclaims the healing power of the gospel to the world's most marginalized, broken, and forgotten. In 2018, Peggy took the baton from the founder of Awe Star Missions and, as President of the ministry, has continued the legacy of raising the next generation of missionaries. Through Awe Star, Peggy leads disciple-making movements with high school and college students, equips women in discipleship, mentorship, and mission, and leads strategic medical missions in hard-to-reach areas of the world among unreached and refugee groups. Peggy and her husband, Joel, are the parents of four beautiful young children, three biological and one adopted. While stateside, her family lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where her husband is a practicing Emergency Room Physician. Peggy longs to see a generation of students and professionals mobilized to every corner of the earth. She believes it’s her personal responsibility to fulfill the Great Commission by going and mobilizing a generation into Jesus Ministry for the fulfillment of ushering in the return of Christ.
