UNTANGLE When the feeling in your heart is tangled and knotted, it’s important to allow yourself a calm knowing in the space of your heart. Be in stillness in the heart. Untangle the strings by releasing each one, one by one. You will know when it’s untangled. Mantra: I forgive.
