Herba – The Medicine We Are

In these first few episodes, we're getting a lay of the land as I introduce what gave rise to this podcast. Remembering that plants were here for me in a post-pandemic world was a humbling time. And there was one plant that took on the form of the much needed mothering spirit I was yearning for and that is ABSOLUTELY responsible for Herba—Motherwort (Leonurus Cardiaca).

Over these first few short 'n sweet episodes I want to lay the groundwork and introduce you to the seeds that were planted in the richness of change, which ultimately became 'Herba'. Like the fertile grounds of manure and compost, there is always something we can do with the pieces we have left.
