In episode 2, Veronica investigates a sorority house for possible involvement with the serial rapist. While we like the idea of carrying over the Hearst rape case from season 2 as the first big mystery, we have some things to say about the less than subtle characterization going on with the different factions on campus in these early episodes. In "Nevermind the Buttocks," a forgettable case of the week drags down an otherwise good episode that ties together Kendall, the Fitzpatricks and the PCHers. Meanwhile, Logan's affection for Hannah may be greater than we thought, though you can't tell it by the next episode. Also, Cliff gets handcuffed to a bed by a hooker. In "Plan B," one of our very favorite episodes, Veronica & Weevil try to prove Thumper killed Felix, and Logan gets to be Honorary Deputy Commissioner in Woody's office.
