The Power Of Saying No: How I Afford Adventure By Choosing Less
In this solocast, I dive into one of the most overlooked tools for living a bold, adventurous life. The power of saying no. People often ask me how I afford to take big trips, like heading to Antarctica. All while living debt-free on a modest income. The answer isn’t complicated. I just say no. I talk about how turning down entertainment, eating out, and other everyday expenses adds up to something much bigger. And that is the freedom to chase the experiences that matter most to me. This episode isn’t just about budgeting. It’s about living with intention, setting priorities, and choosing the uncommon path.
