In 2017 with over 10 years of experience in the media and broadcasting sector, Rosemary was leading a successful career. From the outside, her life was perfect, but there was something missing. Wanting answers, she read countless books, attended retreats, listened to podcasts, and looked into the lives of those she admired most. Here, she discovered personal development, mindfulness, purpose, and meaning. Rosemary realised there were so many people like her - living without feeling alive and not sure where or how to start making a change.
